How do I sign up for Vanillo?

We've made signing up for Vanillo as easy as possible to help new users get off to an easy start. These step-by-step instructions will help guide you through the sign-up process just in case you're having trouble.

1. Go to vanillo.tv and click the "Login" button at the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on Sign up now! next to "Don't have an account?".
   
   PROTIP: You can also go to the registration page directly by visiting vanillo.tv/register.
3. Fill out the form on the registration page, including your email address, and your password of choice. If the captcha is required to continue, also complete the captcha. This is to prevent spam registrations.
   
   WARNING: Do NOT use a password that you use for other websites on Vanillo. We recommend using a password manager and using a completely randomly generated password for each site you sign up for as a security precaution.
4. Click the Register button to submit your registration form.
5. Check your email for a confirmation email. The email could have landed in your Spam folder, so remember to check there.
   The email you receive should look something like the image above.
6. Click Confirm my email to confirm that your email address is legitimate.
7. You will now be taken to the Welcome to Vanillo! page, where you will be able to create your first profile. You may choose a profile picture, a display name, and a bio for your new profile.
   
   WARNING: All of this information will be publicly available on your Vanillo profile, so make sure it represents yourself well.
   
8. Once you are satisfied with your display name, profile picture, and bio, click "Create profile".

Congratulations! You have now signed up for Vanillo, and created your first profile.

Where to next?

This depends on whether or not you plan to become a creator (i.e. upload videos to the site) or simply watch others' creations as a viewer.
