Why can't I see emails from Vanillo?

PROBLEM: You can't see any emails from Vanillo in your inbox, even after waiting a few minutes.


SOLUTION:

  • Check your spam folder. Since Vanillo is still a new site, some email providers, such as Gmail, may filter out some of our automated emails as spam. Our emails may have fallen into your spam folder.
    • To remedy this, add noreply [at] vanillo [dot] tv to your contacts list. This will allow all of our emails to end up in your Inbox.
    • You can also help our emails avoid future users' spam folders by clicking "Report not spam" when you get our emails in your spam folder. This will also automatically move that email and future emails from us to your Inbox as well.
